Dress to Impress...Your Pizza!

Dress to impress... not you, your pizza! This recipe may make your dinner guests think they are enjoying a fancy slice from an upscale pizza restaurant and it will taste like it too!!!

Gourmet BBQ Pork Pizza

Ingredients:

- 1 lb. shredded bbq pork with sauce
- 12" thin pizza crust
- 1 cup shredded smoked Gouda cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
-1/2 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°F. Brush a thin coat of olive oil on pizza crust.

Spread a thin layer of shredded BBQ pork over the crust.

Top with cheese,

 red onion

 and cilantro.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese begins to turn gold. Note: Gouda cheese does not melt like typical cheeses used for pizza and using a pizza stone helps make the crust extra crispy. If you don't have a pizza stone, simply place pizza directly on oven rack to achieve crispness.

ENJOY!!!

Bratwurst Breakfast Skillet

I am sure that most anyone would agree that Saturdays are the best day of the week. You are able to relax from the hustle and bustle of the work week, but yet there is so much that you want to accomplish in the short free time that you have. This recipe is exactly what you are looking for in a Saturday morning breakfast, something that is easy to make and much more enjoyable than a bowl of cereal, leaving you with plenty of free time to check off that "honey-to-do" list.

Bratwurst Breakfast Skillet

Ingredients:

- 4 Triple T Cheesy Hash Brown Bratwursts
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:

Cook bratwursts in a large skillet over medium-high until cooked evenly. Remove from skillet, slice and set  to the side and keep warm.

Using the bratwurst drippings, heat peppers and onion until tender in the skillet. Pour in eggs, gently stirring until the eggs are set. Season with salt and pepper, top with bratwurst slices and serve from skillet.

ENJOY!!!
